Once you have spoken to one of our agents and verbally agreed to let us work your claim, we will set up a time for you to sign several pages of paperwork to allow us to get started.
Our firm works on a contingent basis – there are no up-front or out-of-pocket expenses to you. We’re paid ONLY upon successful collection of your claim. We do ALL the work, pay ALL the expenses, and jump through ALL the administrative hoops to claim your money – and if the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing. The notary brings the documents to be signed and notarized, then overnights them back to our office. We then begin processing your claim right away and keep you updated every step of the way.

When the agency finishes processing the claim, you will receive a check for the agreed-upon sum minus our fee and any expenses. Unless it is a very small amount, we do not charge an upfront fee. Government agencies may take from three to five months to process your claim.
